We aim to provide translations for Joomla! to as many languages as possible. We also offer translations of extensions. 
We offer only direct downloads. We will collect the files and keep it here for you. No redirects. 
Every language file downloaded from our web site can be installed with the Joomla! installer. That's it - just two clicks. 
The web site was relaunched today with new ideas behind, with some old ideas and with new design. We are searching for contributors, who will submit their translations and make it available for download. We accept all languages and we are ready to publish your translations or give you access to upload it by yourself.
Our simple requirements are:
- You have any free time to contribute translations of Joomla! core and extensions;
- You are preparing installable packages (i.e. not just the ini files, but installable zips);
- You are translating 1.5 native extensions (these that use ini files - the Joomla! API);
- You have at least basic knowledge of Joomla! and its language structure.
