Every language file downloaded from our web site can be installed with the Joomla! installer. That's it - just two clicks. 
Developers are developers, that's it. They could be good or bad, but there is one pretty common thing. Significant part of them are really bad in marketing. In JED there are many (and I mean many) extensions with the description of this one. Come on JED team, do not allow such entries. How anyone could understand what this extension is about? Can you?
And how about this one? From its name I thought it is something much different. Its description didn't help at all. And when you even don't have good web site of the developer or good documentation, how can you understand what the extension is doing?
Do you think that JED is the place to publish your changelog? Come on devs, put some words what your extension is supposed to do. That's the goal, isn't it?
